Registration Desk

The EUSIPCO 2011 registration desk will be located on floor -1 of the Palau de Congressos. The opening hours are as follows:

Monday, August 29 18:30 - 21:00

Tuesday, August 30 08:00 - 18:00

Wednesday, August 31 08:00 - 18:00

Thursday, September 1 08:00 - 18:00

Friday, September 2 08:00 - 18:00

Note that the registration desk for attending tutorials will be located in building A3 of UPC on Monday August 29, from 8:45 to 11:00 (9:30 to 10:30), and from 14:00 to 15:30 (14:30 to 15:30).

Registration Fees

The registration fees (in Euro), with early registration applicable if received before 6 June 2011, are:

Early registration: up to and including 6 June 2011.

Advanced registration: 7 June - 12 August 2011

Late & Onsite registration: from 13 August 2011

For their papers to be included in the conference proceedings, authors of papers must register during the early period.

Please note that a delegate registration is required for at least one author of each accepted paper (deadline: 6 June 2011). Up to three papers can be associated with a single delegate registration.

Student rate attendees must send by fax (+34 93 205 8347) or e-mail to the Congress Secretariat, a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full time student.

Payment Confirmation Notifications will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully. For on line payment, please print the confirmation of the bank. No other confirmation will be sent.

Refund Policy: Paid registrants (non-authors) who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 80 euros if a request is received in writing one month before the congress. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made). There will be no refunds to authors of papers.
